Shipping

• We ship Products, within United Arab Emirates and international, upon checking out, and if the destination is covered by our shipping agents, the courier options, Service type and timeframe will come up to select from. Local shipments will take 2 working days. For international shipments, we will deliver your order in 3 working day. if any delays happen, kindly email us on [email protected] .
• Duties and taxes, including VAT may apply to your shipment depending on what the item is, it’s value and where it will be shipped.
• Some countries we cannot ship Products to, for various reasons, this may change from time to time. We will update it on our website.

Return and Exchange

Returns or exchanges are not permitted. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In such a case, you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] . We promise to exchange and deliver in such cases within 5 working days.
